Cultivating Peace in our body, speech, and mind


Cultivating Peace formed in response to a world of increasing polarization, unrest, materialism and violence. Our community offerings include dharma book groups, days of mindfulness, community ceremony, and art sessions to promote reflection, nonviolent action and community connection. We understand that in order to create a peaceful society we must start with our body, speech and mind. As we cultivate peace in ourselves, we cultivate peace in the world.

We offer free online and in person avenues for cultivating peace. Nurture seeds of peace with us through Engaged Buddhism and mindfulness meditation practice.
