Monthly sangha gathering in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh will begin on March 27th from 9:45am for Recitation of the Five Mindfulness Trainings to 12 noon. For those interested in the recitation, please be present on zoom at 9:45; for all others please join us online by 10am. We will continue to meet on the fourth Sunday of every month; hopefully in the future, we will meet on a bi-weekly basis.
Our time together will include silent and guided meditation, walking meditation, brief instruction on meditation practice when needed, dharma study and sharing, and group introductions while enjoying a hot beverage. This format may change seasonally to accommodate other practices.
Participants are encouraged to stay for the duration; however feel free to leave at any time throughout the morning. Leaving your camera on, while on zoom is greatly appreciated. Any donation, however small, is always welcomed.
