Join Cultivating Peace Vermont on Monday, May 1st from 6 to 7 pm for a one-hour, guided Deep Relaxation program. This virtual journey applies the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh and is based on the work of many instructors at Plum Village.
Deep Relaxation is a way to show love and care for our body by creating space to rest, heal, and restore ourselves. We invite you to participate in this practice which we hope will provide a respite from our busy lives.
