We warmly welcome you to join us on a Journey of 10 mindfulness lessons over the course of two weeks (M-F, May 15th-19 & May 22nd-26th) starting at 5:40pm and lasting 20-25 minutes. These 10 lessons for “Moving Through Change, Loss and Disruption” were developed by Kaira Jewel Lingo in her book, We Were Made For These Times.
Each evening we will invite the bell and enjoy brief introductions followed by a meditation that is based on the mindfulness practice for that day. The meditations vary in length from 14-20 minutes. We will close with a song, quote, or remark that is relevant to the teaching.
We would be honored if you choose to participate with us in these 10 mindfulness practices. We encourage participation in all 10 sessions if possible. Below is the zoom link and schedule for this two-week mindfulness practice.
Plan to be comfortable during these meditations, whether you are sitting, lying down, or in another comfortable position. If you so choose, Kaira Jewel Lingo’s book, We Were Made For These Times can be purchased online and these meditations are available on the Plum Village app.
